Winneshiek County Conservation is partnering with Iowa Young Birders to offer a wetland birding walk at Cardinal Marsh on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024, from 9:00-11:30 a.m. This program is for young birders ages 8-18 and their accompanying adults.
