This 20-acre strip of upland ends at the top of a 300-foot bluff overlooking the Upper Iowa River. Besides being a small corridor for hunting white-tailed deer and turkeys, it offers incredible scenic views.

Location: Located off of Bluffton Road near the town of Bluffton. Follow Bluffton Road 1.2 miles west from the intersection with 244th Avenue
