Lake Meyer Campground is closed for the season. The pit toilet at the boat ramp is open year-round.

The 160-acre park includes hiking trails, natural areas, a campground, and a multiple picnic shelters, including a 30’x40′ timber-framed shelter. Canoeing, kayaking, and boating with electric motors area all permitted on the 33-acre lake. Parking can be found at several points around the lake. A boat ramp, fishing jetty, and year-round pit toilet are on the eastern edge of the lake. A kayak launch and a handicap-accessible fishing dock are on the northwest edge of the lake; click here to view an instructional video for the kayak launch. All park and campground visitors are asked to respect additional safety guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic. To help prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer, firewood from outside of Winneshiek County is not permitted at Lake Meyer Campground. Local firewood is available for purchase.
Location: Lake Meyer is located off of Highway 24 between Calmar and Fort Atkinson.
