Winneshiek County Conservation will host a fall migration birding walk at Walden Pond on Sunday, October 4th at 2:00 pm. Join naturalist Larry Reis in looking for the wide variety of migrating birds stopping over at Walden Pond this fall.

Walden Pond, a reservation-only park, is located at 1432 130th Ave. Castalia, IA, 52133. Please follow the driveway to the parking lot to meet the group for the start of the walk. Walden Pond is open to the public for special events only.

This event is free and no registration is required. Bring binoculars if you have them.
